If you're not getting any email from Points.com, there are a few things you can check before getting in touch with customer service:
1. Log in to your Points.com account and go to 'my account' in the top right-hand corner of the page. Click on the 'communication' tab and confirm that there is a tick in the box beside 'Promotions for my favorite programs.' If this box is not checked, click it and then click 'save.' This should solve the problem!
2. Check to make sure that our Points.com emails are not being caught in your email program spam filter. If you do find our emails there, be sure to mark them as 'not spam' so they'll arrive in your inbox next time.
3. If you still can't find your emails from Points.com and you were expecting one, please feel free to get in touch with our customer service team using the contact information at the right-hand side of this page.
Please note: Points.com also sends you email when you make changes to your account, exchange or purchase miles or points in a reward program, or redeem for gift certificates.
