I made an Exchange but it hasn't completed. Why not?

To view the status of an Exchange, sign in to your account and then click on "Menu" in the top left-hand corner of the page. From the menu, click on "Activity." This will display the status of all your wallet transactions, including Exchanges.

If the status of your Exchange is Pending, this is normal. Every Exchange transaction must be confirmed by all of the loyalty programs involved, and it will take 3 to 5 business days for the transaction to complete and to update your balances. Then, the Exchange status will change to Completed.
