How do I find my PIN or password for my loyalty program account?

To reset the PIN/password for your loyalty program, please visit the website for that program directly. Once you have your new PIN/password, go back to the Points Loyalty Wallet, click on 'Menu' then 'Settings' and then 'Manage my Loyalty Wallet'. Click on the 'edit' link found next to the name of the program so that you can enter the new password and save your information.
