Due to individual program rules, not all programs are able to Exchange with each other, or at all. If you're having trouble exchanging between loyalty program(s) that you know are eligible to Exchange, please try the following:
- Double-check that you have enough points or miles in the program you are exchanging out of to complete the transaction.
- Make sure that both programs are registered your loyalty wallet.
- Look for any restrictions your loyalty program has set on exchanging by reading the fine print on the Exchange page.
