If you don't remember your Points.com password, just create a new one by:
3. Click on the I’m not a robot captcha box, verify pictures, then click on the Reset Password tab.
4. A verification code will be sent to your email address from Points Loyalty Wallet and takes a few minutes to arrive in your inbox. If you still have not received it, check your spam and junk folders.
5. Once you receive the email, click on the link in the email, and enter your verification code, then click on Submit, and create a new password.
6. A pop-up confirming that you have successfully reset your password will show, and automatically signs you in to your Points.com account.
