If you're not getting any emails from us, there are a few things you can check before getting in touch with customer service:
1. Log in to your Points.com account and use the Menu in the top left corner to navigate to Account - Settings. Click on the 'Email Preferences' at the bottom of the page and confirm that there is a green check mark under "I want to receive." If this box is not checked, click it and then click 'Save.' This should solve the problem!
2. Check to make sure that our Points Loyalty Wallet emails are not being caught in your email program spam filter. If you do find our emails there, be sure to mark them as 'not spam' so they'll arrive in your inbox next time.
3. If you still can't find your emails from us and you were expecting one, please feel free to get in touch with our customer service team using the contact information at the right-hand side of this page.
Please note: The Points Loyalty Wallet also sends you email when you make changes to your account, exchange or purchase miles or points in a loyalty program, or redeem for gift certificates.
