If your AAdvantage balance is not displaying on your Points Loyalty Wallet it may be because you need to reset your AAdvantage password due to updated password requirements on the AA.com website.

Once your password with AAdvantage has been updated you will need to update this information in your Loyalty Wallet. To update your Loyalty Wallet with your new AAdvantage password please follow the steps outlined below:
- Log into your Points.com account
- Click on Menu > Settings> Manage my Loyalty Wallet
- Click on 'Edit' beside American Airlines AAdvantage
- Update your password information, then click 'Save '
