I Redeemed my AAdvantage miles for a Gift Card, but I have not Received it


If you recently Redeemed your AAdvantage miles for a Gift Card on our website, please note that your gift card order will take longer than the usual time to complete due to a system issue.
We are expecting the issue to be solved before the end of October 2019. You will be notified by email as soon as your redemption is complete and we have sent your order to our fulfillment center.
We are extremely sorry for the delay and appreciate your understanding and patience while we work with our partner AAdvantage on resolving this matter.
